Uses:

• Measurement of surface resistance
  • metal layers,
  • Semiconducting layers
  • Transparent electrodes such as ITO and FTO
• Checking the quality and thickness of the coating in different places of the sample
• Obtaining specific resistance ρ (having thickness)
• Measuring the thickness of the layer (with special resistance)
• Drawing the V-I diagram and calculating its slope on the computer using the computer interface module (optional)

• Gold-plated copper beryllium pins for minimal contact resistance
• The distance between the pins is 2.5 to 5 mm (according to the order)
